Practicing Open Science with the Open Science Team Agreement

Curious about Open Science, but not sure how to get started?

The Open Science Team Agreement is a practical, flexible tool designed to help researchers and teams explore and commit to open science practices. Inspired by lab manuals, this customizable template––developed by the Bay Area Open Science Group––supports open collaboration by outlining shared approaches to authorship, publishing, data and code sharing, and more.

In this session, you will learn:

  • What open science means in practices
  • Key topics covered by the Team Agreement including collaboration, publishing, data and code sharing, and research impact
  • How to download, adapt, and use the template in your own work or with your team

Location: Zoom (link will be sent to registrants one day before the workshop)
